1. General provisions
These terms govern the use of the eshikchi.uz website and the Eshikchi ERP service (hereinafter the "Service"). The Service is provided by HiSolution.
By using the website or a demo account, you agree to these terms.
2. Demo account
A demo account is provided free of charge for 14 days. When the period ends, access to the account is suspended.
Data entered into a demo account is intended for testing. It is not guaranteed to be kept after the period ends.
3. User obligations
Do not share your login and password with others; you are responsible for keeping them secure.
Using the Service for unlawful purposes, interfering with its operation or attempting to access other users’ data without authorization is prohibited.
4. Intellectual property
The Eshikchi software, design and brand belong to their owner. Copying or distributing them without permission is prohibited.
Business data you enter remains yours.
5. Limitation of liability
We take every measure to keep the Service running without interruption, but temporary outages may occur due to maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
Paid terms of use (price, term, support level) are set out in a separate agreement.
6. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page.
