Privacy Policy

This policy sets out how personal data of users of the eshikchi.uz website and the Eshikchi ERP service (hereinafter "Eshikchi") is processed. The data controller is HiSolution.

Data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data". By filling in a form on the website, you agree to this policy.

Through the demo request form: your name, phone number and (optionally) company name, type of business and number of employees.

The source you came to the website from (for example, UTM tags of an ad link) is stored with the request — this tells us which advertising works.

Technical data (IP address, browser type) may be logged with server requests for security and abuse prevention.

To contact you, create a demo account and advise you on implementing Eshikchi.

To improve the quality of the service and protect it from spam requests.

Your data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Business data entered into Eshikchi ERP (customers, employees, orders and so on) belongs to the client company. Eshikchi processes it only to provide the service.

Access is restricted by roles and permissions: each employee sees only the areas they are allowed to see.

When a business connects its Facebook Page and Instagram professional account to Eshikchi, we process, on that business's behalf: the Page and Instagram account IDs, names and an encrypted Page access token; messages, comments and Lead Ads form answers sent to that business by its customers, and the customers' public name, username and profile picture; the app-scoped ID of the person who connected the Page.

This data is used only to show conversations, comments and leads inside that business's own CRM and to send replies written by its staff. It is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with third parties.

Disconnecting the integration, or removing the Eshikchi app in your Facebook settings, deletes the stored token and the connection immediately. To request deletion of your data, remove the app in Facebook Settings > Business Integrations and choose to delete data, or email hisolution2024@gmail.com. You will receive a confirmation code and a status page.

Data is stored on protected servers and transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

Data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service or for the period required by law.

You may request to view, correct or delete data about you.
